Since this product is ground from a whole vanilla bean, it does not fully dissolve when added to liquids. You may see some grounds in clearer/thinner liquids because of this.

I buy this specifically to use when brewing coffee. It gives a very good, all natural vanilla flavor that is not overpowering, unless if you choose to use a lot. I use just 1/8 teaspoon for brewing a 12 oz cup of coffee and that does the job, especially when my coffee beans lose their own flavor after a few weeks and need a perk-up.
it did not have any odor...not vanilla definitely. And it didnt have much taste but whatever it was it didnt taste like vanilla. i w
ould never buy it again. My advice is grind your own beans in a blender. My Braun blender will do it. And then it smells like
vanilla.
