The hazelnut extract worked great for the coffee creamer recipe I made using:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 c. of milk of your choice (I used half & half)
1 Tbs extract
The milks were whisked and warmed in a pan on the stove. Once warmed through, the pan was removed and the extract was added. The mixture was then cooled, transferred to a sealed container and refrigerated, ready to flavor a coffee! Vanilla extract could be used or 3 Tbs cocoa powder for a chocolate coffee creamer.

This hazelnut extract is delicious without being sickly sweet. Great in coffee and for baking. Just what I was looking for.
THIS is hazelnut! I have tried other brands. TBH I have been looking for a CoffeeMate-hazelnut-but-healthier option. Sugar-free syrup was too sweet, flavoring was flavor-LESS, and an emulsion tasted like almond not hazelnut. This is truly wonderful in my coffee. 1/2 teaspoon per cup; 4oz. will last awhile.
